Can I return the product if I am not satisfied with mypurchase?

Do I have to pay any charges for returning a product?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for any
return shipping charges.
Do you manufacture in bulk?
No. Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order,
which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on
demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making
thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Can I get my product personalised?
No, we do not offer product personalisation at this time.
